Train the Trainer Part 1: An Introduction to Embodia

You may choose to teach a live online course with us. Embodia can host webinars of any duration. The length of your webinar depends on multiple factors including the price, the content you are presenting, and whether it is a single or recurring webinar.

Price: webinars can be free or paid. Pricing tiers are also an option.

Webinar type: there are 3 options available

  1. Single webinar: this is one webinar presentation, on one day at one time. For example, on January 16 at 8 PM EST.
  2. Bundle: multiple webinar occurrences. For example, January 12, 19, and 26 at 8 PM EST. Participants can choose to sign up for individual sessions or the entire series. Here are some examples of webinar bundles on Embodia.
  3. Recurring sessions: multiple webinar occurrences. For example, January 12, 19, and 26 at 8 PM EST. Participants must register for the entire series. Here's an example of this.


Information we need to set up your webinar:

  1. Date(s) and time - please send three options for which you are available. 
  2. Length/duration - 30-60 minute presentation that relates to your online course on Embodia
  3. Webinar type (single, bundle, or recurring)
  4. Title of the webinar (the title should be 70 characters or less!)
  5. Description, learning objectives, audience description, and any other important details about your webinar. This is the information that potential participants will read before they decide to register for your webinar. This content should be between 800-2000 words for SEO (search engine optimization) purposes
  6. Price (and pricing tiers if relevant)

Please send this information to support@embodiaapp.com. 


24-48 hours before your webinar we will need the following, if applicable:

  • The final slides of your presentation including:
    • An outline of your online course (i.e., where people can continue to learn from you).
    • A time-limited coupon code (Embodia will provide this) for a specified discount on your course.
  • Any resource(s) you would like to provide (option to be downloadable by either registrants-only or anyone that views your webinar page)


To record or not to record: You have the option to record your presentation and post it as an on-demand course on Embodia Academy.
